1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Talkiw. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You may not impersonate others, create accounts for anyone else, or use the App under a false identity.
3. Acceptable use
When using Talkiw you agree NOT to:
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other users.
- Post or send content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable.
- Send spam, scams, solicitations, or unsolicited advertising.
- Collect or misuse other users' personal information.
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, reverse-engineer, or overload the App.
- Use the App for any illegal purpose.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Users can block and report others, and we may review reports and act on them.
4. User content
You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant Talkiw a limited licence to host, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the App. You are solely responsible for the content you share, and you confirm you have the right to share it.
5. Numerology content
Numerology insights, compatibility scores, and related features are provided for entertainment and social purposes only. They are not professional advice of any kind, and you should not rely on them for important life decisions.
6. Subscriptions and purchases
Talkiw offers optional paid features, including VIP membership and other in-app purchases. Purchases are processed through the Google Play Store and are subject to its terms. Subscription pricing and renewal details are shown before purchase. Refunds are handled in accordance with the relevant app-store policy.
7. Moderation and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behaviour that harms other users or the service. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any match or conversation will meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talkiw is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including interactions with other users.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
